Brilliant installation of our new kitchen from start to finish by Darren, Mark and Ben from Woods and sons. They listened to our requirements and checked with us every step of the way to ensure we got what we wanted. They went above and beyond to create the kitchen of our dreams. Ben’s team fitted a new kitchen and bathroom for us, both at the same time. The kitchen refit involved knocking out a couple of walls and some rebuilding work.
The whole team were extremely professional, and their attention to detail means we now have a very high quality kitchen and bathroom, fitted with a very high standard of workmanship
The thought of having this amount of work done was extremely daunting, but the whole process was completely seamless. We can’t thank them enough, especially Stuart the kitchen designer, who was so patient when dealing with our very old and problematic walls - no problem was too much trouble, and also Lee, who did a brilliant job fitting out the bathroom, again dealing with our old walls.

Just had a new kitchen including a slimline dishwasher, which I've wanted for years, amazing. Darren did a wonderful job, I can't thank him enough. He made my lean-to into a utility room, which now houses the washing machine, which will soon be joined by a tumble dryer. Darren is a craftsman. I'm a fussy individual but couldn't fault his work. The quarry tiled floor compliments the kitchen. I used the company's electrician and plasterer. It was worth the wait.

Just had our bathroom fitted. Absolutely over the moon with it. The team were friendly and professional throughout the whole process and completed the work to a high standard. We are hoping to have our kitchen replaced next and will definitely the company we will call.

Woods & Sons installed my kitchen and bathroom, and I'm delighted with the end result. Ben, Darren and the rest of the team were constantly helpful, keeping me in touch with progress and checking every detail. There was a kindness and care in their approach which I really appreciated, and they could not have worked harder to get things done in the very difficult conditions of Lockdown. I felt that they were as concerned for a good finish as if they were installing things in their own homes, and could not recommend them more highly.

Woods and sons installed our Wickes kitchen. We were really pleased with the workmanship and professionalism of Darren and Mark, the fitters, their work could not be every aspect was worked through with thought and precision. The kitchen is an absolute delight and is above and beyond what we expected. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were so tidy and helpful it made the upheaval in the house bearable. They arranged for the gas fitter and the electrician and offered recommendations when it came to the flooring. If you want a professional expert for a kitchen or bathroom installation I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them every time .

We have recently had a whole new kitchen installed by Woods and Sons and received an excellent service from start to finish. Other firms wanted to charge £150 for an initial consultation but there was none of that nonsense with Woods and Sons. Ben came out and let us know what choices we had. He then liaised with Howdens Ramsgate and between them they worked out the details for the delivery of the kitchen and sorted out any minor hitches. The two fitters were very skilled and worked to the highest standards. They were neat, cleaned up after themselves each day and were polite and courteous throughout. Although Woods and Sons work to a very high standard their price is very competitive. We would never even consider using anyone other than Woods and Sons and can unconditionally recommend them to you …

They made an amazing job of knocking out our old bathroom and replacing it with a shower room. They started the job on time and finished in under 5 days. They worked incredibly hard from morning till night and accommodated all our needs. The craftsmen are first class and I would recommend Woods & Sons to anyone. A first rate job in all respects.

I"d like to ay a really BIG Thank You to Woods and Sons who fitted our kitchen. They coped manfully with the art nightmare that was our 1970/80's kitchen. Ben walked us through the process and we were able to select any additional work that needed doing, so when the work started we were all clear as to what was to be done.Everything arrived on time, Martin and Stuart were well organised and made a real effort to keep things as tidy as possible. Martin and Stuart along with Mark (the plasterer)did a tip top job keeping the job on schedule, handling the problems as they arose without compromising the quality of the finish, at no point did we feel that things were being rushed. All the aspects of the work were well covered from the plumbing, gas, new ceilings, plastering, luke for squaring away the new floor and usual electrical issues. Thoughtful ideas like lowering wall units for one of the more vertically challenged members of the family. we found that plenty of tea and coffee helped to keep things ticking along, and whatever you do 'DON'T call the lads 'builders', they're 'Qualified Kitchen Installation Technicians!!! You'll never be allowed to forget it. We are totally loving our kitchen and all we have to do now is the finishing touches to match Woods and Sons great work. We would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We cannot speak too highly of the Woods team who removed our cast iron bath and refitted the space with top of the range shower, screen pump and ceramic tiles.

Another excellent job by Woods & Sons, this time Lee and William who completely gutted and reconfigured our bathroom and made it look absolutely stunning in just over a week. Their dedication, efficiency, workmanship, cleanliness and willingness to please was exemplary, from Lee and William to the plasterer, the tilers and the floor layer, all of whom were the friendliest and most helpful bunch of people but then this is what we have come to expect from Ben and Lee Woods. I sincerely will have no hesitation in recommending their services. This is a bit of a story but it needs to be told. I stupidly used a one man band to fit a new kitchen and bathroom. He totally messed it up but at the time I wasn’t able to address the issues. I called him back as the shower cabinet was leaking but he didn’t fix it, just used more mastic. When he fitted my washing machine he plumbed it into the hot water pipe!!!
Although Ben and Lee have fitted both a large kitchen and bathroom for me in a previous property and also carried out other work for me, I did not call them in the first instance because I was desperate to have this work done due to circumstances and knew they would have a lengthy waiting list due to their exemplary work. One of the biggest mistakes I have ever made!!!!
In desperation I rang Lee and he agreed to come and look at my bathroom disaster. He agreed to take the work on and once he started quickly regretted it due to the complete hash up of the previous guy. However, being the professional that he is - he persevered and made a stunning job of replacing the shower cabinet and replacing tiles and fixing the sink waste which had been fitted wrongly. I cannot thank Lee and Will enough for the sheer hard work and determination to turn a disaster into a beautiful bathroom that I am now so proud of.
If you are reading this because you are thinking of using this firm – I totally recommend them. They are so professional, their work ethos is to do the very best job they can and they certainly deliver and you will not regret it.

Just had our kitchen fitted by Ben Woods and his team, both my husband and I cannot praise these guys enough, their work is of the highest standard, their manner and attitude exemplary, nothing was too much trouble for them, we couldn't have asked for a better team. We had our kitchen toilet and laundry room done it's always a worry when you have such jobs carried out but when the work was started we quickly realised that there was nothing to worry about the team involved were very helpful friendly and most of all professional.
The entire job was finished to a high standard and quicker than we anticipated.
